We are seeking a Conversational Designer to establish the foundation for AI-powered patient experiences at Rula. This is a greenfield opportunity to define how conversational AI can transform the way patients access care. In this role, you will focus on building design frameworks, reviewing model outputs, honing prompts, and ensuring the ways inputs are defined get us the conversational outputs we need.
